Wholemeal Rye Bread with Hemp & Sunflower Seeds (Rye Base)
[Panasonic SD-255, programme "French" = 6h]
350 gr. rye sourdough base
450 gr. Hovis Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour
100 gr. Linwoods Shelled Organic Hemp
80 gr. Holland & Barrett sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons salt
300 ml water
