8 tablespoons = 90 gr Holland & Barrett "Omega Sprinkle" (pumpkin, sunflower & sesame seeds, brown & golden linseed)
2 teaspoons salt
280 ml water
Looks great! Do you bake these with the rye blade or the normal one?
