Rye, Spelt & Wheat Bread, with mixed seeds (Rye Base)

[Panasonic SD-255, programme "French" = 6h]

300 gr. rye sourdough base
150 gr. Allinson Country Grain Bread Flour
150 gr. Hovis Granary bread flour
100 gr. Bacheldre Watermill Organic Stoneground Spelt Flour
100 gr. Bacheldre Watermill Organic Stoneground Rye Flour
75 gr. Holland & Barrett "Omega Sprinkle" (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, brown & golden linseed)
2 teaspoons salt
280 ml water

500 gr. Allinson Country Grain Bread Flour
50 gr. Holland & Barrett linseed
50 gr. Holland & Barrett sesame seeds
2 teaspoons salt
280 ml water
