Rye, Wheat & Corn Flour Bread, with Mixed Grain (Rye Base)

[Panasonic SD-255, programme "French" = 6h]

300 gr. rye sourdough base
400 gr. Allinson Country Grain Bread Flour
100 gr. Gama corn flour [=misir unu]
50 gr. Holland & Barrett linseed
2 teaspoons salt
300 ml water

Rye, Wheat & Cassava [=Yuca/Manioc] Bread, with Mixed Seeds (Rye Base)

[Panasonic SD-255, programme "French" = 6h]

300 gr. rye sourdough base
400 gr. Hovis Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour
100 gr. Tropical Sun Cassava flour
75 gr. Holland & Barrett "Omega Sprinkle" (pumpkin, sunflower & sesame seeds, brown & golden linseed)
2 teaspoons salt
280 ml water
