Rye Bread with seeds of flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame & goji berries (Rye Base)

[Panasonic SD-255, programme "French" = 6h]

300 gr. rye sourdough base
450 gr. Hovis Granary bread flour
100 gr. Linwoods milled flax, sunflower, pumpkin & sesame seeds & goji berries
2 teaspoons salt
300 ml water

Wholemeal Rye Bread with Hemp (Rye Base)

[Panasonic SD-255, programme "French" = 6h]

300 gr. rye sourdough base
500 gr. Bacheldre Watermill Organic Stoneground Strong 100% Wholemeal Flour
7 tablepoons = 60 gr. Linwoods Shelled Organic Hemp
2 teaspoons salt
300 ml water
